The Festival is a charity event benefiting children's health through Cupid Charities and the Children's Tumor Foundation, www.ctf.org.
Due to high demand and space and competitive limitations, there are only approximately 5 vendor spaces available for the Nashville Beer Festival. Booths are available on a first come, first served basis. A booth is only reserved when: this form is filled out, a 50% deposit is returned by the deadline of August 14, and we approve your application. Please apply early and specify your main purpose (such as: promotion of your business; food sales; food samples; specialty sales; etc, etc.)
Location choice is first come, first serve.
Vendor booth space costs:
$400 for a 10 x 10 booth space- no tent is required; merchants can bring their own tent.
$650 for a 10 x 20 booth space- no tent required; merchants can bring their own tent.
Vendors will receive:
