The 2017 Nashville Beer & Wine Fest, Oct. 14, 3 to 7 pm

at the Fairgrounds, 500 Wedgewood Ave, Nashville, 37203. Benefiting Children's Health through Cupid Charities/Children's Tumor Foundation

Tickets:

Beerfest- $55 - 3 pm to 7 pm - includes Unltd. Tastings of 150+ Brews, Souvenir Sample Glass, DJ, football, the NBF Market with giveaways, food samples, and more. Has sold out every year, get tickets early!

VIP Ticket- $100 - 2 pm to 7 pm - includes ONE HOUR early entrance, T-Shirt ($20 value), comped meal, unlimited tastings, Sample Glass; Llmited availability, has sold out every year

The following items are welcomed & encouraged: beer costumes, beer logo clothing, beer T-shirts, pretzel necklaces & more!! Remember, party pics, photo bombs, selfies are all welcome!

Parking

EASY PARKING- Enter the Fairgrounds off Wedgewood Ave or off Walsh Rd which is off Nolensville Rd. Fairgrounds charges $5 for parking.

Directions

The Fairgrounds is located at 500 Wedgewood Ave., Nashville, 37203; 1.4 miles from downtown Nashville; The Fairgrounds is next to Melrose, Berry Hill, WeHo and the 12th Ave/Belmont U. area. The Festival entrance is literally 50 yards from the Fairgrounds entrance off Wedgewood. There is plenty of parking inside the entrance & just outside the entrance. ENTER THE FAIRGROUNDS OFF of Wedgewood Ave and/or Walsh Rd which if off Nolensville Rd.

There will be plenty of delicious Nashville food from at least six (6) food providers, from major categories. Food vendor spaces are full!

 

Entertainment

The 2017 Beerfest is all new & will feature Unlimited Tastings of specialty brew, wine & spirits, DJ Leo & your favorite hits (back again 4th year in a row!), Costume Contest, Hula Hoop contests, live college football on large screens, the NBF Market with giveaways & merch, our annual Photo Contest, tasty food, frolicsome Beer Girls, brew education & much more! Please send us your ideas as well! We just wish the festival could last all weekend!!

 

Rules

The Beer Festival is on Saturday, October 14, 2017, from 3 to 7 pm. VIP Entrance at 2 pm. The Fest is a 21 and over event.

Beerfest tickets are $55 and include unlimited tastings of brew, wine & spirits, the souvenir sample glass, ALL ACCESS to the Musicians Hall of Fame & Grammy Museum, and all the festivities. (Other beerfests are $65 or more!)

Please drink responsibly and in moderation.

Please do not drink and drive. Designated driver tickets are $20. Lyft Nashville is a Participant and will be on site with a special discount! The Fest Info booth can help well and provide information about rideshare, shuttles, buses, taxis and transportation options. There will also be discounts on hotel rooms near the Park. Millenium Maxwell House Hotel is offering group rates- special rate for Saturday night with free shuttle to & from the Park for Festival guests. Their phone number is 615-259-4343.

Clothing- Costumes are (almost) mandatory for the Beerfest!!! Creative costumes, offbeat outfits & funky finery are welcomed!

No backpacks or large bags allowed. Purses are allowed.

No weapons allowed. No illegal substances.

Wear whatever you want (within reason!). No shoes, no shirt, no problem!

Enter the Fairgrounds off Wedgewood Ave or off Walsh Rd which is off Nolensville Rd. There is PLENTY of parking inside the Fairgrounds. Go up the hill to the Beerwinefest! The Fairgrounds charges $5 for parking.

 

Volunteers

We are accepting volunteers! We cannot host the festival without our wonderful, generous volunteers! Vols assist with setup, entrances, beer pouring and teardown- and they get in free to the festival! Please email us at info@nashvillebeerfestival.com and choose one of three shifts: 10 am to 1 pm, 2:30 to 5:30, or 5 to 8 pm. Thank you!! Volunteers get into BOTH events free! If you're volunteering in a later shift, you can arrive early to the 5K and Beerfest and enter FREE. No drinking til after your shift!

 

Sustainability

The organizers, the Event Committee, the Sponsors and the Brewers desire to make the Nashville Beer Festival a sustainable Festival that is sensitive to the environment, conserves natural resources and minimizes impact on the earth, natural resources, people and animals. There will be recycling bins on site.

Many Festival guests travel from all over the USA and beyond to attend the Festival and visit Music City. There are dozens of hotel and accomodation options in Nashville in and near downtown. Where is the Nashville Beer Festival?

Where can I park for the Festival?

There is plenty of parking at the Fairgrounds, at the entrance, right next to the location of the Beerfest. Fairgrounds charges $5 for all day parking (they charge this at all fairgrounds events; this is totally separate from the Beerfest!). There is free parking just across the street, outside the Fairgrounds entrance.

 

How much does the Beer Festival cost?

Tickets for the Nashville Beer Festival are $55.

Designated driver tickets are $20.

 

What is the age restriction for the Festival?

You must be 21 or older to attend the Festival. All guests’ picture IDs will be checked at the entrance.

 

Are children allowed?

Yes! Kids are welcome at the Festival.

 

What about rain and bad weather?

The show must go on! The Fest is indoors & outdoors. There will be plenty of tents for the outdoor portion of the Beerfest. There are no rainouts during football season!!
