The 2016 Nashville Beer & Wine Fest, Oct. 22, 2 to 8 pm

at the Musicians Hall of Fame: Benefiting Children's Health through Cupid Charities/Children's Tumor Foundation

FREE parking 2 minute walk from the festival! State surface lots at 5th & Harrison is FREE parking! State parking lots are free on Saturdays, no tickets or towing! 

Tickets:

Beerfest- $55 - 3 pm to 8 pm - includes Unltd. Tastings of 150+ Brew, Wine & Spirits, Souvenir Sample Glass, ALL ACCESS to the Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum ($24 value), DJ, football, the NBF Market with giveaways, food samples, and more. Has sold out every year, get tickets early!

VIP Ticket- $100 - 2 pm to 8 pm - includes ONE HOUR early entrance, T-Shirt ($20 value), comped meal, hor d'oeurves from Aladdins, comped coffee/tea from Zovren Nitro, an original Christie Cookie, unlimited tastings, Sample Glass, ALL ACCESS to the Hall of Fame. Limited availability, has sold out every year

The following items are welcomed & encouraged: beer costumes, beer logo clothing, beer T-shirts, pretzel necklaces & more!! Remember, party pics, photo bombs, selfies are all welcome!

 

Directions

The Musicians Hall of Fame (MHOF) is located in the Municipal Auditorium at 401 Gay St., 37201, in downtown Music City. The MHOF is just off James Robertson Parkway near Public Sq. Park and a half mile from Broadway & the Ryman:

 

 

Food and Restaurants

There will be plenty of delicious Nashville food from at least six (6) food providers, from major categories. Food vendor spaces are full!

 

Entertainment

The 2016 Beerfest is all new & will feature Unlimited Tastings of specialty brew, wine & spirits, ALL ACCESS to the beautiful Musicians Hall of Fame & brand new interactive Grammy Museum, the Sweet '16 Costume Party, DJ Leo & your favorite hits (back again 3rd year in a row!), live college football on large screens, the NBF Market with giveaways & merch, our annual Photo Contest, tasty food, frolicsome Beer Girls, brew education & much more! Please send us your ideas as well! We just wish the festival could last all weekend!!

 

Rules

The Beer Festival is on Saturday, October 22, 2016, from 3 to 8 pm. VIP Entrance at 2 pm. The Fest is a 21 and over event.

Beerfest tickets are $55 and include unlimited tastings of brew, wine & spirits, the souvenir sample glass, ALL ACCESS to the Musicians Hall of Fame & Grammy Museum, and all the festivities. (Other beerfests are $65 or more!)

Please drink responsibly and in moderation.

Please do not drink and drive. Designated driver tickets are $20. Lyft Nashville is a Participant and will be on site with a special discount! The Fest Info booth can help well and provide information about rideshare, shuttles, buses, taxis and transportation options. There will also be discounts on hotel rooms near the Park. Millenium Maxwell House Hotel is offering group rates- special rate for Saturday night with free shuttle to & from the Park for Festival guests. Their phone number is 615-259-4343.

Clothing- Costumes are (almost) mandatory for the Beerfest!!! Creative costumes, offbeat outfits & funky finery are welcomed!

No backpacks or large bags allowed. Purses are allowed.

No weapons allowed. No illegal substances.

Wear whatever you want (within reason!). No shoes, no shirt, no problem!

 

Parking

There is ample parking surrounding the MHOF, including parking just steps away near the Bicentennial Mall.

 

Volunteers

We are accepting volunteers! We cannot host the festival without our wonderful, generous volunteers! Vols assist with setup, entrances, beer pouring and teardown- and they get in free to the festival! Please email us at info@nashvillebeerfestival.com and choose one of three shifts: 10 am to 1 pm, 2:30 to 5:30, or 5 to 8 pm. Thank you!! Volunteers get into BOTH events free! If you're volunteering in a later shift, you can arrive early to the 5K and Beerfest and enter FREE. No drinking til after your shift!

 

Sustainability

The organizers, the Event Committee, the Sponsors and the Brewers desire to make the Nashville Beer Festival a sustainable Festival that is sensitive to the environment, conserves natural resources and minimizes impact on the earth, natural resources, people and animals. There will be recycling bins on site.

Many Festival guests travel from all over the USA and beyond to attend the Festival and visit Music City. There are dozens of hotel and accomodation options in Nashville in and near downtown.
