Nashville Beer Festival Brewers Application

 

We hope you can join us for the 2015 Nashville Beer Festival at East Park two minutes from Downtown Music City, USA. The Festival will be a fantastic platform to reach beer lovers and prime demographic groups in the Midsouth region.

Beer Festival: 2 to 8 pm

Please read this information and agreement. Then please fill out and submit the Application Form (on this page) through this website. You can contact us at info@nashvillebeerfestival.com at any time.

 

Note: The Festival offers to buy and ship up to four (4) kegs of your beer and provide a 10 x 10 tent for the Festival.

 

Why Nashville?The Nashville area region has over 2.5 million people (DMA, Nielson, 2009) and is growing. Music City is consistently rated one America’s highest-ranked cities in numerous categories and one of the nation’s most popular tourist destinations. The region has a thriving beer and AB market with unlimited growth potential.

 

The Festival is a charity event benefiting the Nashville Humane Association, dedicated to protecting the well-being of animals in Davidson County. 

 

Brewer Participants will receive:

  1. Brewery Booth; either 10’x10’ booth and tent or 10’x10’ space in large tent.
  2. Table and two chairs
  3. Ice
  4. CO2
  5. For out of town brewers, refrigerated truck overnight on Friday; basic equipment such as extension cords, dollies, etc.
  6. Credentials and Tickets- Five (5) staff passes for entrance to all events at the Festival
  7. Volunteers- trained, qualified volunteers (including members of the Music City Beer Society)
  8. Full-scale marketing, promotion, advertising and branding of your brewery and beer at the Festival and to our network of over 30,000 people.

 

Brewers Provide:

  1. Taps
  2. Regulators
  3. Coil boxes
  4. Any equipment you may need such as extension cords, dollies, etc.
  5. Beer- we ask for the opportunity to buy the beer wholesale.
